ADM submits application for Cell Mass Process Changes

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) issued a letter, stating that Archer Daniels Midland Co. has requested a construction permit to make changes to its existing cell mass process line at its facility at 4666 Faries Parkway in Decatur.
