Tate & Lyle applies to construct Carbon Regeneration Furnace

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) received a construction permit application from Tate & Lyle Ingredients Americas LLC requesting to construct a new carbon regeneration furnace at their facility at 2200 East Eldorado Street in Decatur, IL.
